Penasihat Investasi adalah pihak yang memberikan nasihat kepada individu atau entitas mengenai penjualan atau pembelian efek, dengan tujuan membantu mereka dalam membuat keputusan investasi yang tepat.

Who can join APII?
Perusahaan atau perseorangan yang memiliki izin PI (Penasihat Investasi) dari OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan)
A company or an individual licensed as an Investment Advisor (PI) by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
What are the requirements to become an Investment Advisor?

Mengisi formulir nomor V.C.1-1 (halaman 5), yang dapat diunggah melalui situs OJK
Fotokopi izin Perwakilan Manajer Investasi

Whai is OJK?
OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) adalah lembaga independen sebagai penyelenggara sistem pengaturan dan pengawasan terintegrasi pada seluruh aktivitas di sektor jasa keuangan dan non-keuangan. Pengawasan sektor jasa keuangan, mulai dari pasar modal hingga perbankan. Sedangkan, sektor jasa non-keuangan seperti dana pensiun, asuransi, dan lembaga pembiayaan lainnya.
Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, OJK berdiri sendiri tanpa campur tangan pihak lain. Sehingga lembaga ini mempunyai sejumlah fungsi dan wewenang baik pengaturan, pengawasan, pemeriksaan, dan penyidikan

Meanwhile, the non-financial services sector includes pension funds, insurance, and other financing institutions.
In carrying out its duties, OJK operates independently without interference from other parties. Therefore, this institution has several functions and authorities, including regulation, supervision, inspection, and investigation.
What is an Investment Manager Representative license?
Wakil Manajer Investasi adalah orang perseorangan yang bertindak mewakili kepentingan Perusahaan Efek yang melakukan kegiatan usaha sebagai Manajer Investasi.
An Investment Manager Representative is an individual who acts on behalf of a Securities Company engaged in business activities as an Investment Manager.
What are the requirements to become a member of APII?
1. Surat Penyampaian Maksud
Mengirimkan surat penyampaian maksud untuk menjadi anggota APII beserta salinan izin Penasihat Investasi atas nama perusahaan atau individu yang diterbitkan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)

2. Pembayaran Iuran Keanggotaan
PI Institusi: Pembayaran uang pangkal dan iuran tahunan keanggotaan.
PI Individu: Pembayaran iuran tahunan keanggotaan.
1. Letter of Intent
Submit a letter of intent to become a member of APII along with a copy of the Investment Advisor license in the name of the company or individual issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

2. Membership Fee Payment
Institutional Investment Advisor: Payment of the registration fee and annual membership fee.
Individual Investment Advisor: Payment of the annual membership fee.
What are the benefits of being a member of APII?
Anggota dapat berperan aktif, membangun relasi, berbagi pandangan serta bertukar pikiran dengan sesama anggota APII yang terdiri dari berbagai macam institusi yang memiliki keahlian dan pengalaman beragam di pasar modal Indonesia serta mendapatkan informasi terkini atas perkembangan industri penasihat investasi di Indonesia. Selain itu, Anggota juga akan mendapatkan akses dan/atau informasi untuk mengikuti kegiatan training, webinar maupun acara lain yang diselenggarakan oleh APII maupun organisasi terkait lainnya.
Members can actively participate, build relationships, share views, and exchange ideas with fellow APII members, consisting of various institutions with diverse expertise and experience in Indonesia’s capital market. They will also gain access to the latest information on developments in the investment advisory industry in Indonesia. In addition, members will receive access and/or information to participate in training, webinars, and other events organized by APII or other related organizations.
